Located on the shores of Lake Geneva, on the Grande Place in the heart of “Vevey, City of Images”, the museum invites visitors to discover the history of photography and photographers, as well as the inventions and techniques that have shaped the medium. This story unfolds through temporary exhibitions and an exceptional collection of photographs and photographic equipment, some of which visitors can handle.

His childlike wonder – and cannily-arranged shots – bring life to a whole range of technical artefacts, revealing them in an entirely new light. As part of the La Booklette photo book fair organised by Images Vevey and Photo Elysée, you can come and listen to Henry Leutwyler tell the story of this ambitious undertaking in his own inimitable way!
